NATURE NEEDS HOPE AS MUCH AS IT GIVES HOPE TO ITS PEOPLE. Isnt it wonderful that our nature communicates with us when we feel sad and empty, that even them conspired to lift you up? It gives rainbow after a hard rain and sunrise after an abyss. You just do nothing but smile and go on.

The Bangui Wind Mills were built to take its share in reducing the emission of harmful greenhouse gases (GHGs) causing global warming and to accelerate the rural electrification of the government. The wind farm, as it is aptly called, consists of 15 turbines arranged in a row separated 326 meters apart. :)
